Silent Summit Terms of Service

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of Silent Summit, a local-first routine, focus, workout, and personal progression application operated by Caos Domado. By downloading, accessing, creating an account for, or using Silent Summit, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use Silent Summit.

2. Privacy, Eligibility, and Account

Our data practices are described in the Silent Summit Privacy Policy. Account and data deletion instructions are available on the Data Deletion page.

Silent Summit is not directed to children under 13 and is not intended for users too young to consent to personal data processing under applicable law.

You are responsible for keeping credentials secure, providing accurate account information when required, and notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. License and Ownership

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Silent Summit for your own routine management, focus, workout, and personal progression purposes.

You do not receive ownership of Silent Summit, its code, designs, brand, artwork, text, audio, systems, or other intellectual property.

4. Local-First Data, Sync, and Permissions

Silent Summit is designed to save supported routine data locally first. If you enable account or sync features, selected local data may be copied to account-backed services for backup, cross-device use, recovery, or future collaboration features.

Silent Summit may request optional permissions for notifications, activity recognition, location, usage access, calendar, camera, microphone, biometrics, overlays, exact alarms, Health Connect, and restart handling. You can deny or revoke permissions through your operating system.

5. Health, Fitness, and Personal Progression

Silent Summit is a productivity, routine, focus, workout, and personal progression tool. It is not medical, nutritional, psychological, financial, legal, or professional advice.

You are responsible for deciding whether a workout, diet, routine, focus block, or other activity is safe and appropriate for you.

6. User Content and Acceptable Use

You keep ownership of content you enter into Silent Summit, such as tasks, notes, routines, workout entries, photos, measurements, goals, and support communications. You grant us limited rights needed to store, process, sync, transmit, display, back up, secure, and support that content.

• Do not use Silent Summit for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or fraudulent activity.
• Do not reverse engineer, copy, modify, resell, or exploit Silent Summit except where allowed by law.
• Do not interfere with, disrupt, overload, or bypass security for Silent Summit or its service providers.
• Do not access another user's account, data, device, or content without permission.
• Do not upload malware, distribute spam, misrepresent your identity, or violate app-store policies.

7. Third-Party Services, App Stores, and Purchases

Silent Summit may rely on or link to third-party services such as app stores, Supabase, Cloudflare, Vercel, email providers, Google, Apple, operating-system settings, Health Connect, and future integrations. Their own terms and policies may apply.

If paid features, subscriptions, trials, or in-app purchases are introduced, pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, and trial terms will be disclosed at the point of purchase and may also be governed by the applicable store or payment provider.

8. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features, integrations, permissions, sync behavior, or platform support over time.

We may suspend or terminate account-backed services if you violate these Terms, create risk, abuse systems, or if required by law or service-provider rules. Termination may not remove local device data.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Silent Summit is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or perfectly compatible operation.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Silent Summit and Caos Domado will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, device access, routine performance, or opportunity.

10. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
