Last updated: July 1, 2026
1. Who We Are
Silent Summit is a local-first routine, focus, workout, and personal progression application operated by Caos Domado. This policy explains how Silent Summit accesses, collects, uses, stores, shares, retains, and deletes information when you use the app, website, account features, and related services.
Privacy contact: privacy@caosdomado.com. Use of Silent Summit is governed by the Silent Summit Terms of Service.
2. Short Version
- Silent Summit is designed to work local-first. Routine, agenda, focus, and workout data is saved on your device before optional sync.
- Account creation and cloud sync are optional service features.
- We do not sell personal information, use it for behavioral advertising, or run third-party ad SDKs.
- We share data only with service providers needed for authentication, hosting, email, sync, security, and support.
- You can request access, correction, export, deletion, or account deletion by contacting us or using the Data Deletion page.
3. Information You Provide
- Account information, such as email address, authentication credentials handled by our provider, and third-party sign-in identifiers if you choose Google or Apple sign-in.
- Profile and app preferences, such as codename, selected legend/avatar, selected paths, neon accent, locale, timezone, feedback preferences, rest days, and sync preferences.
- Agenda and routine data, such as task titles, notes, dates, times, difficulty, status, snooze state, missed state, action history, and sync metadata.
- Focus, workout, body-progress, nutrition, habit, measurement, photo, and related progress records when those features are available and used.
- Support communications and privacy request details you choose to send us.
4. Information Collected Automatically
- Device and app information such as app version, platform, operating system, language, crash context, and diagnostics.
- Authentication and security logs such as sign-in events, token state, password reset requests, IP address, and timestamps processed by service providers.
- Sync and notification metadata such as local IDs, remote IDs, retry state, notification IDs, reminder schedule state, and conflict markers.
- Website hosting logs collected when you visit the public Silent Summit website.
The app and website do not currently use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, third-party advertising SDKs, or cross-app behavioral tracking SDKs.
5. Sensitive Data
Some information you enter may be sensitive because it can reveal routines, discipline patterns, workout activity, nutrition choices, body measurements, photos, performance history, health-adjacent habits, or personal goals.
We use this data only to provide features you request and do not use it for advertising, insurance, employment eligibility, credit decisions, or unauthorized social sharing.
6. Local Storage and Optional Cloud Sync
Silent Summit saves user-owned routine data locally first. Local data remains on your device until you delete it, reset the app, uninstall the app, or use an available in-app deletion control.
If you sign in and sync is configured, selected local data may be sent to Supabase for account-backed backup, cross-device sync, authentication, and recovery.
7. How We Use Information

- Create, edit, complete, snooze, miss, delete, and restore agenda items.

8. Legal Bases and Rights
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we process personal information under contract performance, consent, legitimate interests, legal obligation, and vital interests when applicable.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, know, correct, delete, export, restrict, object to, withdraw consent, appeal a privacy decision, or complain to a data protection authority. Brazilian users may have rights under LGPD; California, EEA, UK, Swiss, and similar-region users may have additional local rights.

10. Sharing, Retention, Security, and Contact
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers such as Supabase, Resend or Supabase SMTP, Vercel, Cloudflare, Google, Apple, and similar providers needed to operate the service; for legal, safety, and security reasons; with your direction; or as part of a business transfer where privacy commitments remain attached.
We retain personal information only as reasonably needed for the purposes in this policy, including providing the app, maintaining accounts, sync integrity, legal compliance, disputes, security, backups, and fraud prevention.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. We and our service providers may process information internationally.
